Editorial and Submission Guidelines

We invite you to take part in the publication of CQ Magazine, not only by submitting your works but also by taking part in the editorial process. Opportunities are available for those who seek it, and being on the editorial board is precisely the kind of stuff you can include on your CV.

At the same time, it is our hope that you’ll take the opportunity to share your original works. In order to keep this enjoyable and interesting for all our readers, we ask that you follow the rules outlined below.

By submitting your works, you are consenting to these rules:

1. You agree not to submit inappropriate content. Inappropriate content includes any content that:
- violates any local, state, national or international law
- is libelous or defamatory
is obscene or pornographic
- violates a person’s right to privacy
- misrepresents your identity or affiliation

2. You agree not to submit hateful content. Let’s keep things happy here.

3. You agree that you are fully responsible for the content. This is where we act as grown ups.

4. You have the permission of others who have contributed to your submission. You wouldn’t like it if others do it to you, would you?

5. You give us permission to use such content. Don’t worry, you still maintain all rights to your works.

How To Submit
For those who wish to submit their works, please take the following steps
1. Ensure that the content is grammatically correct
2. Submit the content via email to cqmalaysia@gmail.com. Include your full name and contact details.
3. That’s it!

Disclaimer
While we appreciate you sending us your works, there is no guarantee of publication. We may respond with comments, and if we think it’s right for CQ Magazine, we will revert to you at the soonest.

If not, thanks for submitting, and hopefully we can do something together in the future!
